Starting a Registry
When a “Start a Registry” form has been submitted, an email is automatically sent to the service provider you have chosen with your contact information. All service requests, scheduling, location details, and cost information will be communicated with the service provider and is voluntary in nature. We collect only the minimum amount of information electronically to communicate to the service provider vital information, including:
- Your Zip Code to identify if the service provider operates in your area.
- Your due date to identify if the service provider is available during your postpartum period.
- Your email and phone number so Marabou Services and the service provider may contact you regarding the service you have requested.
When your registry is created, your email address will automatically be added to our regular customer communication schedule. In our communication schedule we notify you of upcoming requirements (final registry due date or retention fee deadlines), tips to sharing and promoting your registry, postpartum planning, and special offers available to add-on to your registry.
Newsletter Signup
If you signup for Marabou News, you will automatically receive our monthly newsletter which contains news about Marabou and the postpartum industry, featured service providers, notifications about what’s happening on our social media feeds, and any other information we choose to distribute through our Newsletter.
Contributing to a registry
If you are a contributor to a Marabou registry, your full
name and email address will be shared with the registry owner at the fulfillment
of the registry. If you do not wish your name, email, or either shared with the
registry owner, please notify us immediately at support@marabouservices.com and
we will withhold your information.
Notice to Third-Party Service Providers
If you are and third-party service provider requested by a user
of marabouservices.com and receive personal information from Marabou Services, we
require that you act in good faith and do not sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise
abuse the personal information of the Marabou registry owner. If discovered that
you sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise abuse personal information, your business
will be added to a no-contact list and any business that currently exists or
may exist in the future will be halted and all payments will cease.
